Identification
Identification will be required for non credit account customers when hiring goods. Types of identification accepted include driving licence, credit card and debit card.

Deposit
The amount of deposit required will quoted and this will need to be paid in advance of hiring goods.

Delivery/collection charge
You can either collect you hire goods from you local branch or arrange to have them delivered to you. A standard delivery charge will be applied on all delivered hire contacts.

RCD
A Residual Current Device provides protection against electric shock. We recommend RCDs when using electrical equipment (240 volt) outside or in damp conditions.
